Fayette County Down on the Farm  

Come join us at the premier Fayette County Democrats’ summer event.  “Down on the Farm V” will take place at the Fayette county Fairgrounds on June 22 beginning at 1:00 p.m.  A great home cooked meal of ham and green beans will be served along with potato salad, green salad and a variety of drinks. 

We have several good Democratic speakers on hand including Ray Pryor, our hope for the 85^th house seat.  He narrowly lost this seat to big $$ from the other party in ‘06.  Ray needs the support from every Democrat in the state for the way he was treated in that election.  We will also have on hand two candidates from 12^th Court of Appeals, Bruce Carter and Laura Curliss – they are not running against each other.  These are great folks out to see that the middle class gets a fair shake in court…. Something sorely lacking in recent years.
